Processing: 

All orders take 2 Business days to process.Some orders can process same day.  

Refunds & Cancellations: 

Cancellations and Refunds are accepted within 24 hours. Due to the nature of the product after 24 hours purchases are NOT returnable, exchangeable and refundable.  

Shipping:

All orders come with tracking. Follow your tracking number for all updates. M’NKLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damage during transit. Please use usps.com/gov or go to your local post office with your tracking number for shipping issues that may occur. 

Pick Up Orders: 

Please allow time to receive a ready for pickup notification prior to arriving. Most pickup orders are ready within 4 hours of purchase during pickup hours. 
Upon arrival please send text that you’re ready to pick up for a seamless curbside delivery. Pick hours are 6am-8pm pst.
