- When will my order ship?
All orders ship once the 1-4 business day processing is complete.Some orders can ship same day.
Once shipped, orders can be tracked through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

- How do I revive my lashes to keep them looking fresh?
For the Bling Collection:
Lash tips:
1.Do not sleep in lashes.
2.Always gently remove lashes from eye with makeup remover or natural face oil (vitamin e) on a qtip along lash line.
3.Cut the lash to fit your eyes properly to avoid irritation on water ducts of the eye.
- Can I exchange or return my lashes?
Due to the nature of the product, Minkle will not accept exchanges, returns or give refunds after 24 hours of placing your order. In the rare case please email us for exchange within the first day of delivery if exchange is needed. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
All orders are non-returnable, non- exchangeable and non-refundable. All sales are final.
- What do I do if my package is lost, damaged during transit, delayed or misdelivered?
- I have a pick up order, what should do after I place my order?
Once order is placed, your order pick up will be available within 4 hours during pickup hours. Allow time for a ready for pickup notification to have a seamless curbside delivery. Pickup hours are between 6am-8pm pst.
